SSAASA is funded almost entirely by the registration fees paid by attendees and volunteers. Due to hotel requirements for the hospitality suite (all food must be on a pre-approved list), local districts will not be able to bring food donations.
The committee would like to fund additional volunteer activities such as providing rides to and from both airports and would reimburse the cost of gas for volunteer drivers.

We are therefore welcoming monetary contributions from individuals, groups, or districts to help fund those activities and services.
